Cancellation & Return Policy


Cancellation requests will be accepted strictly within 1 hour of placing the order only.


We at Nangoo Coffee assert our intentions to delight our customers by enhancing their online shopping experience. Hence, we look forward to extend our extensive support at all times to guarantee quality of products bought at our website and app. In case the product is not the same as the product shown on the website or is damaged, we offer a 24 hour return on the products bought on our website. Products should be returned in the original packing. Following are our simple policies regarding returns: 

1. Products that are eligible for return, can be returned within 24 hours of receiving the product.

2. Not all products are eligible for returns. Please make it a point to understand which products are eligible for returns before purchasing. 

3. The Nangoo Coffee team must receive and approve your return request. Once your request is received and approved, we will discuss regarding a return pick up at an agreed upon time.

4. In the unlikely event that your product arrives damaged or opened, you should email us a photo of the damaged product with the Invoice. You must email us about any damaged items in your shipment within 24 hours (1 day) of receiving your order.

5. Once your return has been authorized, you will have to keep the product in a properly packed position along with the original invoice.

6. Our Return Shipping Partner shall then pick up the product/s and deliver to us.

7. Please note that if you wish to return a product for any reason not mentioned below, the cost of the courier shall be borne by you.

8. On receiving the product, we’d be happy to process your refund in the form of an equivalent number of “Reward Points” or “Coupon Code” that you can utilize for your future purchase from You will receive the Reward Points within 2-5 working days after we receive the item and it has gone through the necessary quality checks.

9. If you wish to receive the refund directly into your bank account, we would require your Account Name, Account Number and IFSC Code to make the transfer. We shall refund the amount minus Rs. 200/- (adjusted towards COD, shipping and bank charges).

10. International orders are not eligible for returns.

12. Returns will be accepted under the following conditions:

    • Defective/Damaged Product
    • Product significantly different from the Product’s Specifications
    • Wrong Bag Size
    • Incorrect Quantity
    • Wrong Product Delivered
    • Part of Product is missing
13. Returns or exchanges will not be accepted under the following conditions:
    • Product is damaged due to misused
    • Returned without original packaging including, price tags, labels, original packing, freebies and other accessories.
    • Damaged products reported after 2 days.
    • Product or box is damaged due to misuse or incidental damage.
    • Product is used or altered
